ABC 21 partners are taking part in the International Conference on Urban Resilience and One Health 2021: Strategies for a post-pandemic vision for Cities.
The specific session will be held on September 23rd and we will present the first findings of the project regarding the use of local geo & bio-based construction materials in Africa and in the EU.
Our consortium members will participate in the following sessions of Domain 3 – One health and urban resilience hybridization: exploring the possible integration among two core approaches.
- Keynotes speech by Lorenzo Pagliano (Director of end-use Efficiency Research Group at Politecnico di Milano) on Natural ventilation of buildings: for comfort, infection prevention and contribution to smart cities? Analysis and examples from ABC 21 project
- Asmae Khaldoun (Associate Professor of Physics at Al Akhawayn University Ifrane) will present Toward sustainable and resilient buildings using optical properties
- Asmae Khaldoun, Silvia Erba, Lorenzo Pagliano will discuss about Traditional and modern building materials and practices adapted to natural resources: a way to meet the resilience approach
